On this list because: This “synchronicity architect” leads all “concepting, creative and operations” for the multisensory experiential events created by his agency. With clients like Android, Lincoln Motor Company, Ralph Lauren, Samsung, Twitter and Vimeo, Bolognino is a visionary who is extremely forward-thinking about corporate events. He believes the artists and minds creating the most cutting-edge event design and high-tech performance elements should be treated as much like celebrities as the clients they create work for.

How he got here: After graduating from Boston’s Northeastern University, he became production manager for global digital film hub RESFEST. Bolognino went on to become creative director at Brooklyn Bowl. In 2014, he sold his company Learned Evolution, a creative digital agency, to SFX Entertainment, which puts on Tomorrowland, Voodoo Experience and other large electronic music festivals.

Currently working on: “Multiple projects at SXSW I can’t yet name. They will be extremely cool.”
