What I do: I hold an inaugural position at Audible managing recruiting events. In my role, I am building a recruiting event strategy, structuring best practices, and creating and executing a robust calendar of events to attract talent to our organization. I am creating a forum for innovative recruiting events where our engineers and recruiters are able to meet with new talent, including a focus on diversity.

How I got here: My career is an almost 15-year journey planning events and conferences, primarily for global investment banks. In that time I have been fortunate to plan events on all continents and work with many industry and world leaders. In an effort to grow and expand, I joined Audible last year. Audible has allowed me to leverage my strengths and knowledge and apply them to developing recruiting events in a technology-focused environment.

My greatest career accomplishment: It was my greatest privilege to be the project lead for an event hosted by the White House with Michelle Obama as the keynote speaker.

Nominations are due Jan. 15, 2018, for our next class of 40 Under 40 honorees. We are looking for the best young minds in corporate events and meetings.
