Bright Idea: Absolut Electrik House Party

By Stephanie Davis Smith, March 14, 2016

Guests hoofed it to downtown Los Angeles for the Absolut Electrik House party to witness the vodka leviathan launch limited-edition metallic bottles. House party themes and setups are a hot new trend in meetings (think sectioning off parties into rooms themed as kitchens, living rooms or garages). Creative artist collective The Windmill Factory (repped by Meta) dreamed up this high-tech event, where lines of light on an interactive LED carpet synced with the DJ. As the music dropped, light beams climbed the walls to a mounted moose head before suddenly shooting out of the moose’s eyes and reflecting off mirrors around the room. Trip the light fantastic!
