What I do: I lead a team of seasoned meeting professionals who design and execute experiences that not only build on the participants’ knowledge, skills and mind-sets, but also immerse them in an environment that creates a link for continued retention of the learnings and that experience.

How I got here: As a credentialed and experienced meeting professional in Memphis, Tennessee, I was passed over for many positions I was highly qualified for, as were most of my colleagues. We banded together to create Antwone Stigall & Co., not only for the clients we serve, but also to house those amazing professionals who couldn’t seem to land a position based on their looks and the color of their skin.

Impressive stats: We were able to strategically help a prior client identify and rebuild clauses in their hotel and meeting contracts that essentially saved them upward of $175,000 and use the savings to design more engaging and memorable experiences.

What I do outside of work: I love horseback riding and dominating my friends and colleagues in board games. (Uno and Monopoly, anyone?)
