In bloom this summer are edible flower bouquet desserts by Atlanta-based Legendary Events Executive Pastry Chef Ami Dand. For this presentation, she baked cheesecake in martini glasses and topped them with buttercream tulips. “They came out looking like little gardens,” she says. “Or rows of tulips you see from pictures of Holland.” Danke, Dand!
