What I do: Blue Nest Events assists Fortune 500 clients with full-service planning of corporate events, meetings and incentives, many with multimillion-dollar budgets. I am involved in the day-to-day operations of the company and manage a talented team working together to produce out-of-the-nest ideas and bring them to life. From event concept to completion, my job is to ensure a completely flawless event for our clients.

How I got here: I began as an administrative assistant for a DMC in New York City, and eventually worked my way up the ranks to managing events of several thousand guests. After working for nearly a decade in the events and hospitality industry, I launched Blue Nest Events in 2011 with the idea of bringing a fresh approach to the way events are managed and delivered. We have since produced hundreds of innovative meetings and incentives in New York City and around the world.

Impressive stats: Since the company’s launch, we’ve grown our client base year-over-year by 25 percent with a retention rate of nearly 100 percent

What I’m working on now: Incorporating an animated projection dinner experience! It’s a 3-D-like creation of your meal (by itsy-bitsy digital chefs) projected onto your dinner table—you have to see it to believe it!
