What I do: As we are a new company I find myself wearing many hats. My responsibilities include: finding, hiring, retaining the best employees, managing existing and expanding partnerships with vendors, developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, and most importantly, delivering the best experience for our clients.

How I got here: After eight years working for a Wall Street firm, an opportunity opened to work in sales for a meeting and incentive company which allowed me to pursue a career in travel, my true passion.   After realizing this industry is where I wanted to be 30 years from now, I decided to start my own firm, knowing that if I didn’t do it at that time I never would.

Greatest career accomplishment: Zaven Global is coming up on our first full year in business, and I am extremely proud of our early success in the meeting and incentive market and our future expansion into destination events (IconX Events, March 2018)

Impressive stats: Since our inception in March 2017, we’ve had eight successful meeting and incentives programs travel. Many more are scheduled through 2019

What I’m working on now: We are expanding and creating a new division: IconX Events (March 2018), focusing specifically on the Millennial/Gen Z markets.  As the marketplace evolves into a new generation of attendees, we are poised to be a leader in this space.

What I do outside of work: You can find me at the gym, spending time with friends and family, or watching science/engineering/finance related documentaries.
