Now Open | Minus5 Ice Bar Orlando

By Collaborate Staff, June 10, 2014

Minus5 Ice Bar provides a cool setting for meetings. The small chain, which also operates in Las Vegas and New York, opened its Orlando location in April 2014. As the name implies, everything in the bar is made of ice, from the bar itself to tables, walls, benches, chandeliers and drinking glasses. The venue is kept at 23 degrees Fahrenheit (negative 5 degrees Celsius, which inspired the name). Parkas and gloves are provided to all attendees.

The 1,200-sq.-ft. bar accommodates 100 for private events. Professional photography and bar packages are available. Corporate planners can request custom ice sculptures for their events. Life-size statues, company logos, ice luges and more can all be made. LED lighting throughout the venue adds a new dimension to the ice.

Group vodka tastings can be arranged. Catering menus, including hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and buffets, are available.
