INSIDER SERIES | Nicole Tanguay, HelmsBriscoe

By Collaborate Staff, August 18, 2014

Nicole Tanguay first worked on the supplier side of the meetings industry before she later joined HelmsBriscoe. “I thought I knew everything about meeting planning being on the hotel side,” she says, admitting she was wrong. In this week’s Insider Series video, Tanguay talks about how the meetings industry has changed over the past 20 years from the perspective of someone who has been on both sides. “We’ve become much more collaborative with our partners,” she says. “In the past these relationships were really adversarial.” Tanguay also talks about why face-to-face meetings aren’t going anywhere.
